This is a hand made foot warmer that is lined and double-seamed for durability, and the 100% flax seed filling is divided for even distribution. This bag can be microwaved for moist heat therapy, or frozen for moist cold therapy. This particualar one is made from a soft green and purple cotton flannel and a purple jersey knit. It was actually recycled from a tshirt!
